All prices for our Services are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our payment partner Cashfree.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for the Services you purchase. Payments made for digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate payment, technical failure, or non-delivery of service as per our Refund Policy.
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team. Fraudulent chargebacks after successful service delivery may result in suspension of account and legal action.
Each purchase provides access for the validity period mentioned on the product page. Access automatically expires after the validity period and may require renewal for continued use.
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Aspiring Engineers or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aspiring Engineers and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haldia, West Bengal, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at aspiringengineersofficial@gmail.com.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
